Collaborative Learning Center

This two story, 36,000 sf building was intended to act as a centerpiece for the SUNY Jefferson campus.

Purcell Construction acted as the construction manager for the Collaborative Learning Center at SUNY Jefferson. The Center is a 36,000 sf, two-story building that consists of classrooms, a library, lounges, group study areas, student resource offices, and the campus security offices. The vision of this building was to establish a space specifically designed to engage students in collaboration. The classrooms and study spaces were arranged to accommodate a collaborative teaching approach.
