Expanded medical office building near Washington Street with a new suite including waiting area, reception area, children's play area, and dental exam rooms.

This design build project consisted of build-out of 4,000 sf in an existing medical office building located near outer Washington Street on Howel Drive. This third suite is configured with a vestibule, waiting and reception area, and children’s play area at the entrance. A small addition was completed to accommodate the required space for four (4) dental exam rooms and three (3) additional areas for future expansion.
