River Hospital, New MOB & Existing Building Renovations

Renovations for River Hospital, including a new Medical Office Building, renovations to the existing hospital, and site improvements, with funding from the NYS Department of Health.

Purcell Construction worked through several phases of renovations for River Hospital. In 2019, the Hospital planned the construction of a two-story, approximately 22,750 SF new Medical Office Building, renovations to approximately 17,377 SF of the existing Hospital and an approximate 2,025 SF addition on the existing hospital. The project includes associated site improvements as well as demolition and abatement scopes of work. This project was funded in part through a grant from the NYS Department of Health.
