The Ithacan Apartments

A 13-story building in downtown Ithaca offers student-oriented residential apartments with amenities like parking, fitness facilities, study lounges, and a rooftop terrace.

This 13-story structure will include three levels of parking with ten-stories of residential apartments. This project was constructed using our prefabricated structural panel system. The building is located in the heart of Ithaca on the site of the Rothschild Building. The residential space is geared towards student accommodations and includes a total of 240 beds. Amenities include fitness facilities, study lounges, and a rooftop terrace overlooking downtown Ithaca and the Commons.
