Dick's House of Sport

Revamped Oakdale Commons retail space that we transformed into the largest Dick’s House of Sport ever at the time of construction.

This project consisted of revamping the existing retail space at Oakdale Commons and transforming it into the largest Dick’s House of Sport ever constructed. The two-level House of Sport facility features indoor and outdoor recreation space including a climbing wall, golf simulator, turf field and track. The project encompasses a total of 140,000 square feet of renovations and was a major component of the wider redevelopment of the existing Oakdale Mall.
