Purcell Construction was the General Contractor for this state of the art corporate headquarters for Watertown Savings Bank. The bank houses corporate administrative functions, lending, residential and commercial mortgage operations. During construction of the new multi-story bank building, the corporate banking operations continued to operate in their existing building which was directly adjacent to the construction site. Safe access to the existing building was provided to bank customers and bank employees throughout the entire 9 month construction schedule. Once construction was completed, the smooth transition of existing operations occurred over a weekend, with absolutely no lost operations time. The existing building was demolished provide more parking.
