This historic renovation project in Petersburg transformed an existing, 110,000 sf warehouse into 106 apartment units. The renovation included adding a second story for some units. Ample natural light can be found in the two atriums. The team on this project adhered to the National Park Service requirements to obtain Historic Tax Credits and retain the historic character of the building. Some of the key historic, industrial aesthetics are found scattered throughout the living areas and common spaces.
