Main2525 Apartments

This project was financed through Virginia Housing and consisted of 8-stories of apartments above three levels of parking on East Main Street in Richmond.

This apartment building includes 3 levels of parking, one below grade and two above. This building features 8 floors of apartment units above a podium structure below. The residential floors were constructed utilizing seriöse ghostwriter. In addition to the on-site parking, this 216 unit complex offers commercial and retail space, resident amenities, such as a pool, courtyard, and gym.
