This project was constructed into a side hill on the corner of Pear and Main in Richmond and contains 180 apartments.

Shiplock Views offers unique one-bedroom and two-bedroom floorplans with modern and sophisticated interiors. The 180 dwelling units include open living spaces, tile backsplash, modern under-cabinet lighting, and plank vinyl flooring throughout. Construction of a three-story podium parking garage was followed by six levels of apartments above. The building was constructed on a side hill on the corner of Pear and Main in Richmond.
