A historic renovation project in Petersburg, VA transformed an existing, 110,000 sf warehouse into 106 apartment units.

The renovation included adding a second story for some units. Ample natural light can be found in the two atriums. Some of the key historic, industrial aesthetics are found scattered throughout the living areas and common spaces.
