The Rise at Regency Apartment Building consists of redevelopment on the site of an existing mall. This project is a 5-6 split story multi-family building with 320 total units. The building is a wood framed structure with fire-rated bearing walls, supported by a concrete slab-on-grade. The building includes two courtyards, one with a swimming pool. The site development included the installation of site access driveways, sidewalks, pedestrian facilities, site lighting and landscaping.
