The development is a mix of 2, 4 and 6-unit town homes. Each bedroom also has a dedicated bathroom. Amenities include a centrally located clubhouse with a fitness center, game rooms, and study lounges for student use. The facility is located adjacent to the SUNY Oswego Campus.
