Richard Bland College Student Village

This project consisted of the construction of two residential-style dormitories on the campus of Richard Bland College, a division of The College of William and Mary.

Two separate 4-story non-combustible student housing buildings with a total of 74 residential dorm apartments accommodating a total of 255 students, with kitchenettes and a combined total area of approximately 130,000 sf. were constructed in less than 15 months. Our scope also included all site improvements and infrastructure for the approximately 16 acre site. We are currently proposing the construction of two additional dormitory buildings on this campus, which will accommodate 371 students in phase 1 and 256 students in phase 2.
