The Marcy Building

This project consisted of an historic renovation of an entire city block in downtown Watertown.

This project consisted of an historic renovation of an entire city block in downtown Watertown. Approximately 60,000 square feet of space was converted into commercial tenant spaces. The work consisted of demolition of existing structures and renovations while the first floor of the building remained occupied with tenants while work was being performed. The construction included complete façade renovation as well as complete interior renovation including mechanical systems.
