Brighton Apartments

This project was a historic renovation of an eight story building in downtown Watertown.

The first floor was renovated for retail commercial space, and the second through eight floor was converted into apartments for single individuals. The second through the eighth floor contained a total of 40 apartments. The building’s mechanical systems were completely upgraded. The complete façade renovation was carefully undertaken to accommodate historic preservation guidelines.
