Black River Valley Club

The former Black River Valley Club building is now home to the Northern NY Community Foundation.

Our design-build team undertook the complete interior and exterior renovation of the former Black River Valley Club on Washington Street in downtown Watertown. The Building now serves as home to the NNY Community Foundation’s Philanthropy Center. Renovations included converting the front portion of the building to high quality office and meeting space.
