Bristol Village Addition and Assisted Living Expansion

Expansion and renovation of a recently constructed assisted living center in Clarence Center, New York to help better accommodate present and future residents.

Purcell constructed this original NYS Dept. of Health licensed assisted living residence. Years later, the facility was expanded to accommodate 26 additional assisted living beds, 6 new memory care beds, and renovated existing activity space. This phase consisted of 23,760 square feet of new construction. This entire project was completed during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic. We successfully collaborated with the Owner to ensure the health and safety of all residents and staff at the facility.
