Samaritan Summit Village consists of a 288 bed senior living facility. This includes a three story 120 unit, assisted living facility and a four story, 168 unit, skilled nursing facility, with a shared common area connecting the two levels of senior care.

The total gross square feet of the entire facility is 231,073 square feet. The three story assisted living facility is 84,933 square feet. The four story skilled nursing facility is 108,400 square feet and the commons area adjoining the two is 37,137 square feet. Extensive site improvements include the construction of access roads, underground utilities, site lighting, sidewalks, curbing, landscaping
and parking areas.
