Ives Hill Retirement Community

Purcell Construction was the Construction Manager assisting the Owner in the Development of this Independent Living Retirement Community in the City of Watertown.

Purcell assisted with securing the land, facilitated all local site approvals, and worked closely with the designer to create a 52,000 sf congregate living building which included 44 individual one and two bedroom apartments. The congregate building included a central core area which includes an elegant main dining room, private dining, office suites, a recreation room, exercise room, visiting nurses office, and a full commercial kitchen. The project also included the construction of surrounding patio style homes for more independent seniors with supportive services offered in the main congregate building. The 15 acre site included all site infrastructure, roads, water, sewer, sidewalks, exterior lighting and landscaping.
