Purcell Construction served as developer and Construction Manager for this 44 unit Independent living facility.

We constructed 6 duplexes in phase one and spearheaded a second phase of duplex construction later. The site development includes roads and utilities. Purcell facilitated design and worked closely with engineers to obtain all local approvals.
