Ithaca City Centre Apartments

This project completed in Spring of 2019 and was constructed using our prefabricated panel technology. The building features a rooftop garden and luxury apartments in the heart of Ithaca’s downtown.

This multi-purpose building includes one level of underground parking with ground level retail space and seven (7) stories of residential apartments. This building is located on the site of the Ithaca City Centre. The basement parking accommodates 72 vehicles. The residential space is designed to accommodate 33 studio, 120 one-bedroom, and 39 two-bedroom units. The first-floor retail space accounts for approximately 11,000 sf.
